David J. Gerszewski – Attorney

David is an Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law Attorney. He decided to attend to law school after a successful career in the Financial Industry. A native of North Dakota Mr. Gerszewski holds bar licenses in 4 different states (Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota and North Dakota). His unique background in finance gives him an edge when helping clients maximize savings for their retirement.

Anne Gerszewski

Anne was born in Brazil. She lived in Canada and in England before moving to the United States. She is an Industrial Engineer by trade with an extensive background in finance and marketing. Together with her husband David she manages the Citadel Law Firm. Her main priority when dealing with clients is to make sure they feel at home. She is usually the point of contact as well to create a good experience to all our clients. She enjoys the outdoor, specially all the parks in the State of Arizona. She is an avid hiker and traveller, with a passion also for yoga and paddle boarding.
